There’s no set time. The format is intentionally short and simple, designed to be completed at your own pace. Most people finish it over a few sittings, but you can take as long as you need.
No. This book is completed by you, then gifted to her. It’s designed to be a meaningful, personal keepsake she can return to over time.
While we don’t currently offer personalization on the cover, the truly personal part comes from what you write inside. There’s a dedication page at the front. and every response you add makes it completely unique to you and your mum.
Right now, our first book is “I’ve Never Told You This, Mom”, but we’re actively working on new variations and hope to release them very soon. For product updates and launches, follow us on TikTok or check our website.

Shipping
Currently, we only ship within the United States, but international shipping will be available soon.
We aim to process and ship all orders within 1–3 business days.
In some cases, processing times may be slightly longer depending on when your order is placed.
Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 5–8 business days depending on your location.
We offer free standard shipping within the United States.
If express shipping is selected, rates are calculated at checkout.
Refunds & Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or returns for “change of mind.”
If your order arrives:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect
Please follow the steps in the Damaged & Incorrect Orders section.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Orders & Tracking
You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after placing your order.
If you don’t see it, please check your spam or junk folder.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a second email with your tracking details.
Orders are processed quickly, so we’re unable to make changes once an order has been placed.
This includes:
- Shipping details
- Items
- Cancellations
Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase.
Delivery Issues
Shipping times can occasionally be affected by factors outside our control.
If your order is taking longer than expected:
- First, check your tracking link
- If you still need help, contact us, we’re always happy to assist
Missing, Lost or Delivered Issues
If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you haven’t received it, we recommend:
- Checking with neighbors or your building manager in case it was received on your behalf
- Checking around your delivery location for any potential drop-off spots
- Contacting the shipping carrier directly for further assistance
Once your order has been shipped, it is handled directly by the carrier and is outside of our control.
For lost or stolen packages, a claim will need to be filed directly with the carrier using your tracking details.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
While our fulfillment partner takes great care in packing every order, we understand things can occasionally go wrong.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following details:
- Your original order number and name
- A photo of the damaged item(s)
- Your full delivery address
Once we have reviewed your details, we’ll send a replacement as soon as possible.
